Please login to Charms and update your current information. All communication will go through Charms for the 2018-2019 school year. All forms will also be available on Charms. New students - you will get your login password the first day of school. There is a link to Charms on the band homepage.
There are 3 ways to pay for your band fees:
- Deposit slip and cash or check (payable to Highland Band Boosters) in Band Dropbox
- Pay online using PayPal through Charms (small fee applies)
- Pay using AZ state tax credit
Deposit slip, tax credit form, & check payable to: Gilbert Public Schools - in envelope with Student Name, Student ID#, & 2018-2019 Band Payment written on the outside in band dropbox. Online tax credits may be done using the district website. https://az-gilbert-lite.intouchreceipting.com/
Please send a copy of your tax credit receipt to treasurer@highlandhighband.org. Receipts may also be turned in to band dropbox in band room or given to your director.
Current band parents can sign up to volunteer for activities and events in Charms. Please login to Charms to sign up.
